     Partial UV is the processing method of screen printing transparent varnish, and it has two names: colored UV and colorless UV.  Let's take a look at the difference between the colored UV and colorless UV effects on a custom membership card.

     (1) Colored UV



     If the outline has been printed with a color different from the background color of the card surface, and then screen-printed with transparent UV varnish, the displayed color will be different from the background color, which is called colored UV.

     (2) Colorless UV



     If the color of the outline is the same as the background color, the screen-printed transparent UV varnish will also show the same color as the background color, and the outline has only a reflective effect, which is called colorless UV.

     You can decide whether to choose colored UV or colorless UV according to the color matching of the custom membership card design. The matte card surface treatment and partial transparent varnish can best highlight the unique reflective effect.
