     Step 3. Choose the card materials.

     Step 4. Choose the chip model and the location of the chip.
     If you choose a normal plastic card, this step can be omitted. If you choose a chip card, you need to determine your chip model and the location of the chip. The chip location should be reflected in the design drawing. Chip cards are divided into contactless chip cards and contact chip cards.

     Step 5: Choose the card surface process.
     The card surface technology of the membership card mainly includes: glossy, matte, frosted, transparent, 3D, etc. It's mainly based on your own needs to determine. The glossy finish is suitable for membership cards with brilliant colors, aimed at customers who have special requirements for colors. The matte and frosted finish are suitable for customers who have requirements for hand feeling. Transparent, 3D is suitable for customers who have obvious requirements for visual effects.

     Step 6. Determine the printing color.
     The printing colors of the membership card mainly include CMYK colors (for 4-color printers) and PMS spot colors (for customers who have requirements for special colors). The other is that there is no requirement for color, which is a white card.

     Printing methods mainly include printing, offset printing, silk screen printing.
