(1) Sizes Or Shapes

     The standard size of the plastic membership card is 85.5mm x 54mm with rounded corners. It can also be made into other sizes. The thickness of the plastic membership card ranges from 0.30mm to 0.76mm.
     The plastic membership card can be made into square, round or any other irregular shapes.
 

(2) Printing Method

     The plastic membership card can be printed on one side or on both sides using silk printing or offset printing (cmyk four-color printing) printing method.
 

(3) Printing Finish

     The position of the embossed number should be considered whether it conflicts with the text, signature panel or magnetic stripe at the corresponding position on the back. Once produced, the back magnetic stripe will not be usable.
     The plastic membership card numbers can be arranged in order, or personalized and irregular numbers can be used. The number can be a number, pin code or text.
     The plastic membership card can be embossed, and the embossing numbers can be added with hot stamping process (available in gold, silver, no tipping, or other colors).
 

(6) Signature Panel

     The plastic membership card can be added with a signature panel or writing board (an area where you can write by hand).
     The signature panel is generally set as a white block and placed on the back of the card. After brushing with transparent oil, it can be written with an oil-based carbon copy pen.
 

(7) Magnetic Stripe

     The plastic membership card can be added with low-density or high-density magnetic stripe (three-track magnetic stripe) according to customer requirements.
     Generally, magnetic writing is required to be synchronized with coding, and the default is single and two-track magnetic writing.
 

(8) Scratch Off

     You can print a scratch bar on the membership card, which is commonly used for recharge cards, phone cards, lottery cards, etc.
 

(9) Hole/Slot Punching

     Round holes or Slot holes are available on the plastic membership card.
 

(10) Barcode

     The membership card can be printed with various types of barcodes, and the barcodes can be added with UV spot process.
